I help people in Loughborough and wider Leicestershire area reach their health and fitness goals with a selection of classes throughout the week. I’m also a happy mum, love riding motorbikes and enjoy seeing people look better and feel happier!
These days, we have so many demands on our time. Modern appliances and gadgets help us fit more into our days, but we still never seem to achieve everything that we set out to.
Time for ourselves, investing in our health and fitness, isn’t always a priority. We may think that what we do on a daily basis is enough to remain fit and toned but when we look in the mirror, it’s not always the case!
The good news is that this can change. The great news is that it can start today.

Target your whole body in Get Your Body Back, strengthen and tone your core in Pilates or mix up both, for a cleaner, leaner and more streamlined shape.
Get Your Body Back and Pilates go hand in hand as aerobic effort is needed to keep the heart and lungs healthy and toning helps keep your muscles strong and conditioned. Pilates is great for your back and helping to strengthen stomach muscles to give you core stability. It also realigns and rebalances the body in general.
You’re in safe hands. I founded Fit 4 You in 1993 and I’m an experienced Level Three instructor, a qualified Biomechanics Coach and GP Referral trained.
I’m also passionate about what I do and strive to convey that enthusiasm and positivity in my classes. I’ve seen first-hand the benefit that exercise can have on mind, body and spirit.

Not sure about group classes?
All my classes take place in a warm and friendly environment. You’ll be made to feel at ease as soon as you arrive and encouraged to work at your own level whether you’re starting off as a beginner, a refresher or are a regular exerciser. Why not try a taster session and see how you get on? What have you got to lose (except pounds!)?

BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS PILATES
Pilates movements gently stretch the muscles, pulling them into a leaner shape. Practising Pilates is an excellent preventative technique that will strengthen your whole body against potential injury, making it more supple.
Pilates is unique in that it will systematically exercise all the muscle groups in the body, the weak as well as the strong.
