Get Your Body Back

Isn’t it time you reclaimed your body? It’s where you spend your whole life so it deserves to be treated with respect, nurtured, taken care of and kept strong and healthy.

With my help, you can do that. Get Your Body Back classes are specially designed to give you the maximum workout for proven results in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

Every class starts with a warm up to ensure your workout is effective and to prevent injury. The first week of every month also includes hand weights to add a little resistance.

Aims of the sessions are to:

  • Help lose those extra pounds with an aerobic component.
  • Enhance muscle tone, targeting bums and tums.
  • Improve muscle mass.
  • Speed up your metabolic rate.

What you will need to bring with you:

  • Your own mat as well as a towel.
  • Wear supportive trainers and loose comfortable clothing.
  • Always have water to ensure you stay fully hydrated.
