The Virtual Classes – Invitation To A Two Week Free Pass

Run Monday to Friday at 8am live, some do the session in their own time especially if they work during the day.

The classes remain permanently in the group so if you have a favourite you can re-visit that particular class.

There is a Beginners Section under Topics, which includes a ten week complete beginners introduction to Pilates. Also included is an introduction to Hand Weights which is so important to keep our joints, muscles and bones strong as we age.

The group is private and on facebook so only members can join and attend the classes. They really are a lovely group, most over 50 with this in mind the classes are tailored more so to ensure everyone gets the best results.

All members of the group really love the online because:

  • They can workout live with me and with the rest of the group
  • They can choose their workout on any particular day
  • If they feel tired or a bit stiff they can choose a Pilates And Relaxation session
  • There is a ten week course on mindfulness:
    Relax – Release – Re-energise.
  • There is also a muscle energy release course to balance the body and release muscle tension.
  • We include a full target workout inclusive of stretches, toning, strength, rebalancing, realignment to make sure that the mind/body gets the best from the online exercise schedule.
  • No one has to allow for the travelling time to and from
  • No cold and windy halls in the winter
  • In bad weather conditions it does not matter as you workout from home
  • The only space that you need is your mat space
