Pilates is extremely beneficial for helping to eliminate back pain and stiffness in the joints as it addresses posture alignment and strengthens the muscle in and around the back area. It is also fantastic for strengthening and toning the body.
If you haven’t done Pilates before our classes run in 10 week blocks so that if the client is a beginner it gives them a chance to focus on technique and learn the principles of PilatesĀ It also gives the client time to start seeing positive changes.
We always offer a free class initially so that you can see wether or not the class is for you before committing.
We also offer a catch up service. If you book for ten weeks and have to miss a session due to going on holiday or illness you can choose to attend any of the other classes over the ten week course.
I suggest that you come along for a free Pilates session and see how you get on. You will be guided through the basic principles of Pilates and encouraged to work at a level that suits you.
