I run courses to suit individual goals, availability and commitment levels – you can choose from different levels of classes to suit your ability. If you are a beginner you will be guided through the basic principles and encouraged to work at a level suitable for you. If you are more advanced, you’ll go straight in at a higher level. Together we’ll discuss your needs and find exactly the right way to help you achieve your goals.
Will you feel in control, encouraged and supported to reach your goals?
Yes! Before we start working together, I’ll arrange a consultation with you. This way we can really start at the beginning and get some goals in place from day one. Your goal may be to improve balance, lose an inch from your waist, run a marathon or simply touch your toes. It doesn’t matter how big or how small it is.
Taking the first step is key to becoming a healthier, happier, fitter you. At times you may feel challenged and out of your comfort zone – this is normal. All you need to do is be willing to commit, make time to come to the classes and be ready to enjoy the benefits. You’ll notice after a short time that people around you will start to react to your positivity. As you start to look and feel better, there’ll be a ripple effect on those around you.

How quickly can I expect to see results?
